Does GlassMat work on tile and other hard floors?
Yes. Select Hard Floors for hardwood, tile, laminate, or vinyl. The included Surface Kit is recorded with the order so the appropriate setup can be supplied.
Does GlassMat work on carpet?
Yes. Select Carpet for low-, medium-, or high-pile carpet. Select Both Surface Kits if the GlassMat may move between carpet and a hard floor.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the chair’s complete rolling area, including the space used when pulling away from the desk. Choose the larger available size when your measurements fall between dimensions, and confirm doorway and installation clearance.
Does a larger corner radius change the rated capacity?
No. Corner radius changes the appearance and usable surface area at each corner; it does not change the GlassMat’s rated capacity. Larger curves remove more glass from each corner.
How should I move or clean the GlassMat?
Use the included positioning suction cup when lifting or placing the glass. Do not drag it across the floor. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and a glass-safe cleaner.
