Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times Due to the size and weight of our tempered glass chair mats, all orders are shipped via freight/LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. Estimated delivery time is [5-10] business days after processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

Inspect Upon Delivery Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within [48 hours] at [your email]. Do not refuse the shipment — refusal may affect your ability to file a damage claim.
